(b) Activity of West Nile virus protease was measured based on the ability of the enzyme to cleave the fluorogenic peptide substrate (Pyr-RTKR-AMC) at 37°C. For both assays, the 50% inhibitory concentration value was calculated from the readings using non-regression linear model in GraphPad Prism 7.0 software
