Figure 3: The reactive oxygen species level of RSC-96 cells stimulated by hydrogen peroxide was influenced using Elaeagnus angustifolia L. leaf water extract. By setting up different experimental groups, RSC-96 cells were treated with hydrogen peroxide fore 1 day and the cells were treated with hydrogen peroxide (500 μmol/L) for 20 h. Flow cytometry was used to detect intracellular reactive oxygen species levels.
