Figure 4: Lipopolysaccharide-stimulated interferon-gamma-inducible protein-10 production in monocyte-derived M1 cells was partly reversed by anacardic acid. Anacardic acid (10,-7 M and 10-6 M) suppressed interferon-gamma-inducible protein-10 production in the M1 cell at (a) 24 h and (b) 48 h after lipopolysaccharide stimulation.
