Plasma protein (100 μg) was incubated with FSBE in 40 μl of 10 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 7.4) at 37°C and then analyzed on 7.5% Sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis under nonreduced condition.
