Effect of proportion of icariin (icariin/β-CD inclusion compounds) on enzyme efficiency of snailase hydrolysis Substrate was mixed with 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 and 200mg snailase (substrates: enzyme = 20:1, 10:1, 5:1, 2:1, 1:1 and 1:2), respectively. Distilled deionized water was added to the mixture at a final volume of 10 ml. Then it was incubated in digital temperature air bath oscillator at 37°C for 3 h. (b).
