The original article titled “In vitro antioxidant potentials of Cyperus rotundus L. rhizome extracts and their phytochemical analysis” published in Pharmacognosy Magazine, on pages 261-267, Volume 14, Issue 54, 2018, is being retracted because of having number of sections of content as well as figure, with high rate of verbatim similarity from another unpublished article. The content has also been published without the acknowledgement and permission from the original author. It was brought to the attention of the journal’s Editor-in-Chief by the original author of the article. Upon contacting, the author replied with a request to withdraw/retract the published article. Thus, the journal’s editorial office decided to retract the article.
