The release of CA evoked by an injection of ACh (5.32 mM) with a volume of 50 μL was produced at 15-min intervals during perfusion of fimasartan (15 μM) or fimasartan (15 μM) plus Rg3 (10 μM) for 1.5 h, as designated by the bolt mark.
