Figure 1: Experimental schedule – the experimental groups, except for the naïve group, were sensitized by painting with 1-fluoro-2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene on days 1, 2, and 3. Mice were challenged by 1-fluoro-2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene on days 7, 9, 11, and 13. The naïve group was treated with vehicle (acetone: olive oil) in the same way. Methanol extract of Brassica oleracea var. capitata L. and DEX groups were topically treated with methanol extract of Brassica oleracea var. capitata L.
